How does Day Use work?

Day Use is not available at all hotels or during all periods. Availability must be checked directly with the reception desk of the selected hotel.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

At all hotels in the network, check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM, except in Riviera and Trancoso, where check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM.

Up to what age is a child considered complimentary?

Children up to 5 years old stay free of charge. We do not provide extra beds for complimentary children, who must share the same bed with their parents or guardians.

In how many installments can the payment be made?

Each Travel Inn hotel has its own installment payment policy. Please contact the Reservation Center or the hotel reception for more information.

Does the daily rate change without breakfast?

No. The daily rate remains the same, as we do not offer rates without breakfast.

Does the hotel provide bed linen?

Yes, the hotel provides complete bed linen for your comfort.

Is it allowed to place a mattress on the floor?

No. Bringing mattresses to place in the hotel room is not allowed. If you need an additional bed, please contact the Reservation Center or the reception to check availability.
